Quality legislation or this policy shall govern all operations where no such legislation exists. Quality procedures have been drawn up for all operations and departments within Tructure Consult Construction Company.
Our project philosophy
Tructure Consult Construction Company will develop and maintain an engineering schedule, including long lead procurement items, based on the project objectives. Material management reports will be used to track equipment delivery dates.
The complete project schedule will be reviewed by project management from Tructure Consult Construction Company and Client.
Safety Health and Environment Philosophy
In order to achieve a continuous improvement in Tructure Consult Construction Company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance, a review and operation of our HSE Management System (MS) which is commensurate with the risks associated with Tructure Consult Construction Company’s operations is put in place. These policies, signed and dated by the Chief Executives, are displayed in offices/work sites after having been discussed with each employee
